How to cook quinoa?
If you haven’t tried it yet, give quinoa a try! Just take a small pot or a pan, pour water for cooking and pour in the quinoa grains (similar to cooking rice). Get water to a boil, salt to taste, a little bit – it doesn’t need much salt. Then let the pot/pan simmer on low heat. Check to make sure it has enough liquid/water to cook for at least 15 minutes or until you see little tails of the quinoa grain show up. Once done drain add to salads or add a little grass fed butter wit your favorite herbs, and enjoy!
